At the heart of Lauren Bostick’s law practice is a commitment to families and children. As a nationally recognized trial attorney and mediator, she is focused exclusively on the field of family law and places her clients’ needs at the center of every decision.

“I always try to put myself in their shoes and make it my mission to truly understand my clients, their ultimate goals and what they want so I can get that for them,” she explains.
From negotiating a divorce to dealing with child custody and orders of protection, she tailors every step to her client’s needs and priorities. Bostick makes it her mission to ensure that her clients are thoroughly prepared. She equips them with clear legal advice, practical next steps, a realistic timetable and a strong understanding of their case at hand so that the clients can make grounded decisions moving forward.

Bostick measures her success by impact. She was the Maricopa County Bar Association (MCA) President (2023) and is the current Maricopa County Bar Foundation President (2024-present). She is also President of Swift Youth Foundation
(2025-present). She helped to launch For Your Record to empower domestic violence survivors in need of legal services and supports veterans through various organizations. She donates legal services to women in need through Fresh Start and teaches around the Valley on family law and domestic violence matters. Bostick is the Lawyer Referral Service Chair for the MCBA and has been ranked a top attorney nationally and in Arizona.
Lauren is a member of the Scottsdale Bar Association and Arizona Women Lawyers Association and serves on the Leadership and Social Committee for the Arizona Women Lawyers Association.
She was recently featured in “World’s Most Influential Women in Law” (2024), and in “Women to Watch” (2025).
