Dave stayed with me while he pushed back and forth with Covid-19 and the delays with court. Once cited, the state basically decides that you’re guilty through the automatic suspension of your drivers license. Dave immediately took care of that problem and I never lost the privilege of driving. Dave took notes like crazy and was upfront about our uphill battle. I was also well aware that the plea deal that was given to us, was unacceptable and through Dave’s knowledge and experience I had put my trust in him to guide me to make the right decision on how to proceed. With Dave’s guidance I had decided that we needed to fight for something better than what the prosecutor was offering and Dave was 100 percent behind me on that decision. We knew the risks, be we also knew we had very little to lose based on the prosecutions stance. We decided to go to trial… Watching the prosecution and then watching Dave was night and day!! It was clear to the jury that the prosecution didn’t have their facts straight and were not addressing the facts that they could not address…There was a lot at stake for my personal life and my work life. I was found NOT GUILTY. Dave won the trial for me.

Approximately six months ago, I was charged with disorderly conduct and was an anxious wreck about the entire situation (as I had never been in trouble with the law before). Throughout the entire process, my attorney, Kyle Castillo was extremely professional, thorough, and just genuinely outstanding. Kyle helped ease my anxiety and reassured me that they had my back. I was facing a probation violation. I’m from Ohio and was sentenced to 4 years probation back in 2016. I violated back in Ohio I picked up another charge and was sentenced to 18 months in Ohio. As soon as I was released Arizona was there to pick me up to come to Arizona to answer that violation. The prosecutor wanted a presumption 5-year prison term. Dave and I went threw the process for 3 months and finally at the end Dave got me reinstated back on probation with 3 yrs credited so I only had to complete 1 yr on probation. Dave had me do a couple extra things the help better my case out I took his advice did community service while waiting for the outcome and did a couple other things, at the end it worked in my favor I recommend Dave service to anyone who is looking for a lawyer n the Arizona area, he is a hard worker him and his associates and they get u the best outcome possible. I appreciate everything he did and it was well work the price. Thanks Dave appreciate it.
