We hired David Maletta because of a felony DUI offense that had a mandatory minimum sentence of four months in prison. David Maletta did an amazing job and got the charge reduced to a misdemeanor DUI. The sentence for the misdemeanor DUI was only one day in jail with time served. I was very worried after I got pulled over and charged with DUI for impairment by drugs, but, David Maletta had my case completely dismissed.
