Through the Maricopa County Bar Foundation (MCBF), this needs-based scholarship provides vital financial assistance to diverse law students at ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and UofA’s James E. Rogers School of Law.
With law school debt soaring, these scholarships open doors for aspiring lawyers from underrepresented backgrounds – helping them achieve their dream of serving our community through the practice of law. Justice Michael D. Ryan was a passionate advocate for diversity and equal opportunity in the legal field. After his untimely passing, the MCBF established this scholarship in his honor – to carry forward his legacy of inclusion and justice.
