Our client was accused of exposing his genitals in front of his minor grandchild. We argued that our elderly client had no criminal intent and any exposure to the child was accidental. Additionally, we worked with doctors to prove that our client’s mental condition had greatly deteriorated in his old age. The child’s mother was divorced from our client’s son, and although she wished to push the prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, we were able to obtain an outright dismissal of the case.
We handled all court dates for our client and he was able to maintain his clean record without having to appear in court once.
