Gilbert police pulled our client over for speeding. The officer smelled an odor of marijuana. Our client admitted he was in possession of marijuana and handed the officer two small bags containing marijuana, and drug paraphernalia including a glass pipe, a grinder, and a glass vape cartridge of marijuana wax.
We placed the client in the TASK program. After the client successfully completed the program, all charges were dismissed.
