Client was driving in Scottsdale in an exotic high performance hyper car alongside of another exotic super car. Both cars were traveling at 62 mph in a 30 MPH zone.
The offer was to plead to criminal speeding. We did not take the offer. Instead, we pled guilty to the court and asked for defensive driving school. The court granted our request.
This allows for a complete dismissal after completion of defensive driving school. Client completed defensive driving school and all charges were dismissed.
