The client was pulled over because one of his taillights was out. The client admitted to the officer that he smoked marijuana ½ hour prior to driving and failed the Field Sobriety Tests. The client submitted to the blood test and had active THC in his system.
We are able to win the marijuana DUI case and All Charges were dismissed.
