Domestic Violence Assault – Result: All Charges Were Dismissed – Court: Phoenix Municipal Court – Case No.: (Redacted) – State v. Mr. G.

Our client was on probation for Aggravated Felony Assault when this incident occurred. Client was accused of punching his pregnant girlfriend in the face and slamming her head into the ground eight to ten times.  The prosecutor alleged that the victim hit inside of kitchen cabinets until our client left the scene.  The victim called the police and our client was arrested.  We got all assault charges dismissed.
