Rachel Hansen is a dedicated and result-driven family law and personal injury attorney. With over five years of legal experience, Rachel has built a reputation for providing top-tier legal representation for her clients.

Rachel began her career as a prosecutor, specializing in juvenile matters and domestic violence cases. Rachel gave a voice to the victims, empowering them to transition from victim to survivor and get justice along the way. Throughout her time at the District Attorney’s Office, Rachel spent every day in the courtroom, handling countless jury and bench trials.

After years of advocating for crime victims, Rachel transitioned into personal injury, where she continued to fight for victims, now of senseless negligent and reckless acts. Specializing in car crashes and slip/trip and fall matters, Rachel secured millions of dollars for her clients.

As a family law attorney, Rachel combines her courtroom experience and negotiation skills to get the best results for her clients. She ensures that her clients understand their options and the steps to the legal process while providing insight and potential outcomes based on her and her team’s combined decades of experience. She works tirelessly to determine the best approach to reaching each of her clients’ goals. Rachel brings compassion, care, and passion to each of her clients’ cases.

Rachel earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Suffolk University Law School, graduating in the top third of her class. Rachel was a Clinical Scholar, awarded the Honorable Mention Brief, and made the Dean’s List. Rachel was the Note Editor of the Transnational Law Review, a Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project Fellow, and the Justice and Philanthropy Chair of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

Prior to law school, Rachel attended the University of Arizona, graduating cum laude with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Rachel regularly made the Dean’s List and Dean’s List with Distinction, was an Arizona Excellence Recipient, and an Eller Centurion Honorary Recipient. She published her thesis, A Look at the Ban the Box Movement in Local Government, and was awarded first place in the Phi Alpha Delta Mock Trial competition.

When not at work, Rachel enjoys listening to audiobooks and podcasts, traveling the world, playing softball, winetasting, exploring new restaurants, and playing with her cat and rabbits.
